Studio 49 '1000 Series' Soprano Diatonic Xylo

Ideal for use in schools! The unique, compact style makes transportation easy and saves storage space - invaluable in education environments! This '1000 Series' xylophone has a patented resonance box made of solid pine, with multiple resonance chambers for improved harmonic sound quality.

German made, it features integral handles and fabric-coated bar seating for lasting durability, and is supplied with one pair of beaters.

In total there are 16 bars and the addition of 2 x F# and 1 x Bb key enables you to play in different keys where necessary, thus making a more versatile instrument. 

This model is also designed to pair with the 49-HSXG1000 chromatic half which then makes for a fully chromatic instrument.

Also available is the '1600 series' with Pau Rosa notebars, and the premium '2000' series' with Honduras rosewood bars. Please ask for more details.
