With a total of four condenser microphones built-in (2 omni-directional and 2 cardioids), the DR-100iii allows the user to plug in their own trusted microphone via XLR inputs on the base, and even provides phantom power.
Powered by a rechargeable battery, MP3 and WAV formats can be recorded and played back directly from the DR100's speaker, and the backlit LCD display helps navigate the selection of tools and effects.
