Stentor's 4/4 sized student double bass outfit shown here, is available in four different sizes (3/4, 1/2, 1/4 and 1/8), supplied as an outfit with padded cover and bow.

A good quality model aimed at the beginner which employs a solid wood front, back AND sides, and features an ebony fingerboard. Good quality machine heads are used too.
