Zoom R24 digital recording studio

A superb 'hub' for any studio, Zoom's 24 track studio (8 record tracks/24 playback) incorporates digital WAV format recording to the supplied 2Gb SD card, together with an audio interface and surface controller for certain music software programs. The R24 also extends to memorystick storage for convenience and also includes a 48kHz sampler and drum machine onboard!

With 16 and 24-bit digital recordings of up to 48kHz, this compact studio is mains powered or can be used with 4 AA battteries, meaning it can be taken anywhere your recording takes you, and the stereo built-in microphones means no extra hardware required on the road!

The R16 has various input types and guitarists are well catered for with a selection of 135 DP effects (and amplifier models), together with an onboard tuner, and each channel features 3-band EQ and smooth faders, together with LED meters. the R16 even has a master channel allowing for the recording of your final mixdown without the need for external recording gear.

The large LCD display makes using all the onboard tools a breeze, and for those who are used to computer recording systems, the R16 is supplied with a copy of Cubase LE which will happily import your recordings via USB 2.0.

No drummer available? Don't worry as the R24 features a fully fledged drum machine with 511 preset patterns and 48kHZ samples triggerable from eight velocity-sensitive pads.
