Yamaha N3x 'Avantgrand' employs an amazing digital technology which conveys the natural vibrations that emanate from a grand piano, unifying the emotional energy between you and the instrument. Even if you’re wearing headphones, you can use 'Tactile Respose System' (TRS) to enhance the realism of the playing experience!

The Yamaha N3x is a hybrid model, bringing together a REAL grand piano action, as well as the latest development in electronic piano voicing, courtesy of Yamaha's 'CFX' technologies. The result is an acoustic piano playing experience second to none with premium Bosendorfer Imperial and Yamaha grand iano samples at hand!

Yamaha have opted for quality rather than quantity, as the N3x provides the player with just a few premium onboard voices (10 to be precise), together with 256-note polyphony, a splash of reverb and a USB audio recorder.

Without a doubt, the N3x has been designed to be played and is made for performance with an advanced Spatial Acoustic speaker system, together with professional XLR output sockets for connecting to a mixing desk.
